Washington, DC — May 2011 — Warfighters have relied heavily on the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), which provides logistics support to units, allowing them to focus on their combat missions in Afghanistan. The latest iteration, LOGCAP IV, an IDIQ contract, was awarded in 2008 to DynCorp, KBR and Fluor Corp. LOGCAP IV contract is valued to a maximum of $150 billion.
